📋 Description

• Maintain Fire Systems, Emergency Lighting and Portable Extinguishers in your assigned area. • Carry out minor remedial works that arise during the maintenance visit • Plan routine maintenance calls within your area. • Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits. • Maintain your stock levels with support from your team leader • Attend training sessions to further your development • Attend weekly engineering team meetings. • Identify any personal training and development needs to help you provide the best possible customer service. • All of our engineers work our standard hours of 08:30 - 17:00

🎯 Requirements

• Hold relevant industry qualifications • Have proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm systems • A desire to thrive in the Fire and Security Industry • Possess strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients • Highly organised • Excellent communicator • Have a full, clean UK driving license • Are flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required (callout rota is currently 1 week in 10)
