📋 Description

• Organize, negotiate and manage the activities of service providers and carriers • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all transport activities • Support customs clearance operations with the customs department • Monitor subcontractors’ compliance with operational standards • Oversee daily departmental operations and propose measures and action plans to improve results and resolve recurring issues • Prepare and manage transport documentation, including invoicing records • Monitor customer KPIs, order fulfillment and shipment consolidation for carriers • Handle customer requests and complaints, excluding audit non-conformities and cargo damage claims • Use CEVA operating systems, such as Movee, and individual clients’ portals • Track daily operational and administrative reporting tools • Stay informed about the transport market, competitors and customers • Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Secondary education (business, logistics or a related field is an advantage) • At least 1 year of experience in an operational role in a transport or vehicle-loading company • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email tools • English knowledge on B2 level • Resistant to stress and able to work independently • Strong communication skills • Logical thinking and attention to detail • Team spirit
