📋 Description

• Manage and process customer orders from receipt through execution and delivery • Act as the key interface between customers, internal departments, and the factory in Germany • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with the German team • Review and interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company standards, technical requirements, safety standards, and commercial laws • Communicate with sales, offer management, engineering, procurement, production, accounting, controlling, logistics, and external stakeholders • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions • Support continuous improvement in order processing and project workflows • Assist in contract review and alignment with German commercial law and international standards • Create order confirmations, bills, guarantees, and internal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Communication skills in English and German • Experience in the lifting equipment or crane industry is essential • Ability to work within a global team in a remote working environment • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical order processing or project coordination • Excellent communication skills in English and German in speech and writing • Basic understanding of German commercial law (e.g., BGB, HGB) and international contract principles • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical aspects • Solid commercial knowledge including pricing, costing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) • Ability to organize multiple jobs and meet deadlines • Ability to learn and adapt quickly • Understanding of technical requirements, safety standards, commercial rules, and laws
