📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons effectively, ensuring activities start and end on time • Follow the schedules established for each class, adhering to the CNA methodology and the profile of each student group • Assign and grade homework, written assessments, and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback • Enter grades for assignments, assessments, and other activities into the school management system • Submit report cards, reports, and other relevant documents by the established deadlines • Record class logs in the management system • Participate in training sessions and educational events organized by the school • Encourage the use of educational tools such as CNA Hub, CNA Net, the review lesson website, and the Conversation Club • Contribute to student development and to innovative initiatives and results within the academic department

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English • Previous teaching experience at language schools or educational institutions (preferred) • Experience teaching students of different age groups and proficiency levels • Proficiency in all four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing • Ability to use teaching methodologies and adapt them to the class profile • Knowledge of educational technology and digital tools for online teaching • Degree in Languages, Education, Translation, or a related field (preferred) • English proficiency certifications such as TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge qualifications (preferred) • Spanish proficiency (highly desirable) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Experience developing cultural activities related to the English language • Availability to work 100% online during the following hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 10:15 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. • Commitment to the team, the CNA methodology, and the CNA brand • Ethical conduct and respect for students
