📋 Description

• Oversee financial aspects of federal government contracting projects • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and receivables efficiently • Utilize ERP systems (preferably Acumatica) for job costing and budgeting • Reconcile various accounts with attention to detail and accuracy • Leverage strong Excel skills for in-depth data analysis and financial reporting • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in accounting, with experience in construction, federal government contracting, payroll, accounts payable and receivables, job costing, and budgeting • Experience in construction accounting and federal government contracting • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Acumatica or similar commercial systems • Strong command of payroll, accounts payable, and receivables processes • Solid background in job costing, budgeting, WIPs and financial analysis • Ability to reconcile diverse accounts independently, resolving discrepancies efficiently • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills • Ability to work independently • BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
