📋 Description

• Gestionar y recuperar carteras en mora mediante WhatsApp, chat corporativo y correo electrónico • Negociar y cerrar acuerdos de pago, refinanciamientos y fraccionamientos con clientes • Realizar seguimiento continuo a las promesas de pago hasta su efectiva recaudación

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo 6 meses en cobranzas de carteras castigadas, en mora avanzada y vigente (banca, retail, telefonía o financieras) • Experiencia gestionando múltiples chats o canales de atención en simultáneo (WhatsApp, redes sociales o web chat) • Alta capacidad de negociación • Orientación a resultados • Lectura rápida • Resiliencia • Disponibilidad para trabajar remoto • Educación secundaria
