πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provides knowledgeable written responses to Federal Student Loan inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. β€’ Assists with answering inbound calls regarding FSA Loan Servicing during high call volume. β€’ Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. β€’ Provides administrative support to project and operations management. β€’ Performs repetitive clerical steps and clerical duties requiring general knowledge. β€’ Inputs customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information. β€’ Reviews data for deficiencies and errors, corrects any incompatibility, and checks output for accuracy. β€’ Outreach to various sources via oral and written communication to make appropriate determinations. β€’ Completes and passes call center customer service training.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or GED required β€’ At least one (1) year of customer service, administrative or call center experience required. β€’ Must reside in the U.S. β€’ Must be a U.S. Citizen. β€’ Must be able to pass a criminal background check. β€’ Must not be delinquent or in default on any federal student loans. β€’ Ability to write using proper grammar and punctuation. β€’ Ability to type a minimum of 23 WPM required. β€’ Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. β€’ Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks. β€’ Must have the ability to navigate Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
