📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and operational excellence • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs • Manage cross-functional teams and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Monitor operational KPIs and use data to drive decision-making • Identify process improvement opportunities through Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational growth • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with business objectives • Implement technology solutions that improve operational performance and customer experience • Complete a One-Way Video Interview as the next hiring-process step

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams • Process Improvement & Operational Excellence experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement • Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and operational performance • Project Management and Change Management experience • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau • Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, and Salesforce • Budget, resource planning, and cost optimization experience • Demonstrated measurable achievements and business impact • Professional English proficiency (B2+ preferred) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading teams of 20+ employees (bonus) • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certifications (bonus) • Experience in multinational or high-growth organizations (bonus) • Digital transformation or automation project experience (bonus) • Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Claude (bonus) • Proven ability to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business results (bonus)
