📋 Description

• Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations • Execute material re-costing based on Bill of Material changes, analyzing cost impacts and validating results • Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes for assigned locations • Oversee third-party service providers’ pricing and accounting deliverables • Resolve costing and pricing escalations • Coordinate internal and external audit requirements relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting • Promote global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management • Reconcile and monitor Cost of Goods Sold clearing account balances • Identify process enhancements, prepare performance metrics, and facilitate team alignment • Contribute finance expertise to S/4HANA deployments and supply chain transformations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles • Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred • Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems • Strong digital and data literacy • Fluency in English • Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance • Experience driving process improvements and embracing transformation initiatives • Ability to manage competing priorities, analyze complex data, and apply problem-solving to supply chain challenges • Travel required: 00% - 25%
