📋 Description

• Manage a team of 6 associates and partner with Genpact • Lead annual production of concentrate standard cost rates for direct materials, packaging, and overhead for assigned CPS locations • Serve as primary liaison for global CPS finance and partner with procurement, plant finance, and ingredient costing teams • Manage annual SAP costing cycles and coordinate master data uploads in integrated financial platforms • Validate results and analyze variances for actionable insights • Provide monthly performance reviews and reporting on purchase price variances, historical trends, and risks/opportunities • Partner with supply chain cost accounting teams on standard cost processes for new product launches and reformulations • Guide and oversee third-party service providers on pricing and accounting activities • Develop and maintain forecasting models for supply chain cost drivers • Implement global standards in reporting and analytics and improve workflows through technology adoption • Participate in policy deployments and transformation projects such as S/4HANA • Monitor productivity initiatives, track performance metrics, and present insights to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; equivalent experience is considered • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or supply chain finance roles • Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred • Strong operational experience in supply chain finance and integrated business systems, ideally SAP or related ERP applications • Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to manage cross-functional engagement with diverse stakeholders across global markets • Experience developing forecasting models, cost analytics, and scenario-based analysis • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English • Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage • Experience with digital tools and transformation initiatives for process improvements and automation • Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to lead change initiatives
