📋 Description

• Prospect independently and build B2B call lists • Conduct high-volume cold calls to set appointments • Persuade prospects, handle objections in real time, and drive conversations toward booked slots • Maintain consistent energy and tone throughout a full day of dialing • Follow up with leads and callbacks in a disciplined manner • Take accurate notes in the CRM/database • Book 15 cold-call appointments per month • Submit an English proficiency rating, formatted Coconut VA Profile resume, and 1-minute introduction video as part of the application • Work 40 hours per week aligned with ET time zone

🎯 Requirements

• Purely a cold-calling role focused on setting B2B appointments • Independently prospect and build call lists without hand-holding • Execute high-volume cold calling consistently through large call volumes • Strong persuasion and real-time objection handling • Resilient to rejection and steady under repeated "no's" • Clear, confident phone presence with a neutral, easily understood accent • Disciplined follow-up and accurate note-taking • Ability to reliably book 15 cold-call appointments per month • Proven B2B sales skills beyond appointment setting is good to have • Track record cold calling into US markets is good to have • Familiarity with real estate and/or M&A outreach is good to have • Ability to work independently setting appointments • Great spoken English • Excellent verbal communication skills • Proven appointment-setting track record • Google Sheets experience • CRM database experience • English-language Coconut VA Profile resume following the specified template • 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom, with a valid link
