🎯 Requirements
• Real experience setting appointments or managing a reply inbox for a US-facing audience • Excellent written English that reads like a person, not a template • You pick up the phone without hesitating, and you're ready to work most conversations by voice • You're comfortable with a genuinely flexible night shift • You don't need someone checking in on you constantly • Hands-on, regular use of AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT is nice to have
