• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in English-speaking markets • Follow provided call scripts to professionally introduce services • Qualify leads based on set criteria and homeowner interest • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, notes, and outcomes • Meet or exceed daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets • Maintain professional call quality and follow calling guidelines • Support consistent lead flow through reliable outbound calling activity
• Philippines-based and able to work fully remote • Strong spoken and written English communication skills • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service • Comfortable making 160–250 outbound calls per day • Able to consistently set 2–3 qualified appointments per day • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient to rejection • Able to work full-time during Los Angeles business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment • Experience with CRM systems, dialers, or call-tracking tools is preferred • Experience calling for construction, home improvement, or service-based companies is a plus
