📋 Description

• Support founders/business operations through executive assistance and general operations • Manage day-to-day administration and keep the owner organized • Own recurring tasks independently with minimal oversight • Administer email and manage inboxes • Coordinate calendars and appointments • Conduct B2C appointment-setting outreach to book patients • Track patient pipelines, blood work follow-ups, lab results, and next steps • Execute and schedule social media posts, primarily for Instagram and other platforms • Use AI tools to work faster and solve problems • Research unfamiliar tools and self-teach new tasks • Prepare and submit an English Coconut VA Profile resume • Complete an English proficiency rating in the application • Record and submit a one-minute introduction video

🎯 Requirements

• Executive assistance/general operations experience, including day-to-day administration, keeping an owner organized, and independently managing recurring tasks • Email administration and inbox management experience • Calendar and appointment coordination experience • B2C appointment-setting outreach to book patients • Patient pipeline tracking, including blood work follow-ups, lab results, and next-step coordination • Social media execution, primarily Instagram, with comfort across social media platforms • Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in daily workflows • Resourceful and self-teaching; able to research unfamiliar tools and learn tasks without step-by-step instruction • Integrity and honesty • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • English resume in the specified Coconut VA Profile format • CEFR English proficiency rating • Ability to provide a one-minute introduction video, preferably via Loom • Healthcare/telehealth experience, appointment setting, labs, and telehealth workflows are good to have • Canva, Instagram, Content 360, email/calendar administration, Ivory.io/GoHighLevel, Labcorp, and potentially Clay or Apollo experience are good to have • Warm, positive personality; effective-over-perfectionist working style; proactive gap-spotting; genuine interest in health/wellness are good to have
