📋 Description

• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to manage and build 10+ monday.com clients per week • Design and build clients’ workflows on monday.com • Identify and eliminate isolation, inefficiencies, redundancies, and work silos in client processes • Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong client relationships • Provide excellent customer service through email, video calls, and in-person meetings • Research monday.com best practices through the apps marketplace, internal monday.com resources, and external third-party API tools • Collaborate with clients and the internal team to implement integrations and automations • Assist clients in developing and refining processes and procedures for maximum efficiency • Troubleshoot technical issues • Prioritize urgent and important tasks effectively • Take detailed notes on calls, action items, and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Availability of 40 hours/week • Ability to work 9–6 PM EST • Excellent note-taking of each call, action item, and follow-up • Excellent customer service through email, video calls, and in-person meetings • Technical proficiency to understand and troubleshoot technical issues • Excellent time management skills • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, Solutions Architect, or in a similar role (listed as good to have) • At least 2 years of experience working in a startup environment, developing processes and procedures, and building teams (listed as good to have) • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with monday.com (listed as good to have) • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations • Excellent internal communication skills and a customer-oriented personality • Proficiency in Google Suite tools, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs • Prior experience providing professional services to clients • Familiarity with customer success in a technology or software-related field • Prior experience with make.com or Zapier • Prior experience with monday.com • Experience with monday.com, make.com, G Suite, and Slack • English resume and CEFR English proficiency rating • 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom
