📋 Description

• Review candidates from Workable against hiring requirements and role-specific criteria • Prepare qualified candidate lists for hiring managers to review and evaluate • Coordinate candidate progress through tracking, follow-ups, and interview scheduling • Source candidates globally for technical and hard-to-fill roles • Explore sourcing platforms, communities, databases, and channels • Identify niche platforms, professional communities, online groups, forums, and relevant talent pools • Test new sourcing strategies and platforms to expand the global candidate pipeline • Research and source qualified candidates on LinkedIn • Send personalized connection requests and outreach messages using a sniper approach • Manage follow-up communications and maintain candidate engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience reviewing candidates from Workable based on hiring requirements and role-specific criteria • Experience preparing qualified candidate lists for hiring managers • Experience coordinating candidate tracking, follow-ups, and interview scheduling • Experience sourcing candidates for technical and hard-to-fill roles • Experience using sourcing platforms, communities, databases, channels, professional communities, online groups, and forums • Experience testing sourcing strategies and platforms • Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and personalized outreach • Experience managing follow-up communications and candidate engagement • Proficiency with LinkedIn • Proficiency with Clay • Proficiency with Workable • Proficiency with Monday.com • Proficiency with Slack • Experience with different sourcing platforms • English resume required • CEFR English proficiency level must be provided • Must create a Coconut VA Profile using the required template • Must submit a 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom • Video link must be valid; broken or dummy links result in disqualification
