📋 Description

• Own the entire organic growth function: content strategy, SEO, GEO (AI-search visibility), publishing process, conversion, and analytics • Produce the core content yourself • Collaborate with an SEO specialist to define SEO, GEO, and content strategy and topic/keyword priorities • Set your own content briefs • Own the content calendar and enforce a consistent, steady publishing cadence • Run the draft → review → publish tracking process • Optimize visibility in AI/LLM search answers, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI • Coordinate technical SEO changes with the development team, including URL structure, hub pages, staging, and on-page SEO • Own conversion optimization and organic analytics, including CTAs, lead capture, GA4, Search Console, and reporting • Oversee link-building and outreach execution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ownership of an SEO/content function — running the process and being accountable for results, not just producing to briefs • Excellent written English (near-native or native) • Strong portfolio of long-form B2B technology / software-development writing • Strong SEO knowledge — keyword research, on-page, content structure and the judgment to set strategy • Comfort with analytics (GA4, Search Console) and using data to prioritize • Ability to own a process end to end and coordinate across engineering and marketing to get work shipped • Self-directed and reliable against deadlines — owns outcomes without being chased • Nice to have: Experience writing about fintech, healthtech, AI, or SaaS, and technical fluency (engineering teams, APIs, product development) • Nice to have: Experience with GEO / AI-search optimization and conversion-rate optimization • Nice to have: Understanding of content-marketing funnels and conversion copywriting
