• Define product strategy for a SaaS workforce management platform • Lead product discovery and delivery processes • Implement AI-driven workflows for automation, prioritization and delivery • Define, build and deliver strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals • Manage the full product lifecycle, including product discovery, backlog management and user story creation • Track product usage, define success metrics and monitor business indicators such as CARR, retention and adoption • Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Client Operations teams • Lead sprint refinement and discovery sessions • Create product documentation, including PRDs and product one-pagers • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback and market trends • Align cross-functional stakeholders on product direction without formal authority • Demonstrate product value and gather technical requirements in B2B client meetings
• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS products within an Agile development environment • Track record of defining, building, and delivering strategic product roadmaps aligned with business goals • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product discovery, backlog management, and user story creation • Strong analytical skills to track product usage, define success metrics, and monitor business indicators (e.g., CARR, retention, adoption) • Ability to leverage AI tools throughout the Product Management lifecycle for workflow automation, prioritization and delivery • Hands-on experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Client Operations teams, including leading sprint refinement and discovery sessions • Proficiency in creating clear product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and product one-pagers • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive data-informed product decisions • Strong stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams on product direction without formal authority • Degree or qualifications in Computer Science, Product Design, or a related technical discipline (nice to have) • Previous experience working in a fast-paced technology start-up or scale-up environment (nice to have) • Domain knowledge of the HealthTech sector or healthcare operations (nice to have) • Familiarity with workforce management software or enterprise scheduling applications (nice to have) • Experience participating in B2B client meetings to demonstrate product value and gather technical requirements (nice to have)
