📋 Description

• Contribute to and own the end-to-end product vision • Communicate the product vision clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Transform strategy into a prioritized product roadmap • Prepare a billing model aligned with revenue and profitability goals • Lead product ideation and prototyping and channel it into discovery sessions • Conduct customer development activities, including direct calls with traders and potential users • Run market research and competitive analysis • Define and scope features for development • Lead the development process using Agile methodology • Carry out proactive risk management and troubleshooting • Create AI-driven prototypes, mockups, and wireframes • Collaborate with a product designer to implement UI/UX best practices • Improve product UX to drive conversion and retention • Monitor and improve product success metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, and NPS • Conduct ad-hoc analysis of web and product metrics using product database data • Make data-driven decisions alongside the data analytics team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management • Hands-on experience shipping SaaS products, including B2C and B2B products • Demonstrated ability to own and communicate end-to-end product vision • Experience with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools • Experience independently running customer development and market research • Experience delivering software products in the US and/or EU markets • Active trading experience in any market, including futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or similar • Day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading experience • Technical background with understanding of high-level architecture and technical constraints • Active use of AI across research, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making • Ability to work independently with data using SQL or equivalent • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools • General software literacy with technical tools, dashboards, and developer workflows • High autonomy and independent decision-making • Ability to move fast on imperfect information and course-correct based on data • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and set priorities • Data-driven hypothesis formation and analysis • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent written and spoken English
