• Develop Sobi’s presence and recognition as a credible partner in Poland • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and deliver agreed outcomes with the partner company • Localize global brand marketing strategy and implement programs, including digital initiatives • Analyze market dynamics, patient/caregiver journeys, and customer and market insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Pricing, Patient Advocacy, HQ, and other internal stakeholders • Establish relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations, Brand Champions, KAMs, and other stakeholders • Manage external agencies supporting brand and disease messaging and promotional materials • Track performance and identify opportunities to better meet customer needs • Represent Poland’s needs to the global marketing team and support successful launches • Adapt and conduct local Commercial Models for assigned brands • Prepare and adapt marketing strategies and materials, including briefs, production, MLR/Promo Mats/Veeva, distribution, and team training • Develop omnichannel commercial activity plans • Lead the local cross-functional team without direct reporting lines • Plan and manage product OPEX budgets and monitor KPIs/ROI • Spend 20% of work time in the field supporting business activities and managing stakeholder relationships • Participate in local and international congresses and report field activity data in CRM • Participate in HQ project groups and support global and local business plans • Provide feedback on local market requirements and competitor activities • Contribute to product planning and report to CL and management • Participate in regular teleconferences and meetings
• University degree level education • 5+ years of product management experience in pharma marketing, ideally in rare diseases • Commercial experience for innovative products preferred • Pre-launch and launch experience in the innovative pharma market and/or experience in analytics, market research, or digital marketing • Sales experience is a plus • Leadership, effective communication, and team-working skills • High ownership and agility to learn new things • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with an analytical mindset • In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems and practices • Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Effective oral and written business-level English skills • Fluent Polish • Data-analysis experience, including sell-in/sell-out and insight generation • Calendar and product OPEX budget-management experience • Multi-stakeholder project-management experience, delivering on time and within budget • Flexibility and ability to manage change in an uncertain environment • Key-customer relationship-management, management, and negotiation skills • Ability to identify and analyze business opportunities • Category B driving licence • Proactive, courageous, positive, result-driven, determined, curious, cooperative, trustworthy, and ethically minded
