📋 Description

• Own activation, conversion and retention metrics for the buyer funnel, including targets • Run a high-velocity experimentation pipeline from hypothesis and sizing through testing, analysis, rollout or termination • Identify and remove friction across USP communication, awareness, activation, engagement, discovery and onboarding • Turn funnel analysis into roadmap bets and build evidence-based cases for larger investments • Work directly with marketing and commercial teams on demand generation and offer mechanics • Balance buyer incentives against seller economics and make trade-offs explicit • Ship, measure, and communicate when initiatives do not work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in growth, marketplace or ecommerce • Real experience running experiments, including test sizing and handling inconclusive results • Ability to develop and evaluate hypotheses, including hypotheses that prove wrong • Fluency in funnel analytics and ability to pull and interpret data independently • Working understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics • Bias toward shipping and measuring over perfecting • Experience with growth work closely connected to commercial operations • Ability to maintain a position with stakeholders when supported by data • Fluent Polish and English • Ability to work remotely within Poland • B2B contract arrangement
