📋 Description

• Build an AI-supported outbound engine • Automate research, lead scoring, and reporting with Claude and HubSpot • Personally contact key accounts by phone, LinkedIn, video, or at events • Qualify meetings and hand them over to Account Executives with meaningful context • Test new approaches weekly and document what works • Work independently and report to the Head of GTM • Generate outbound pipeline and converted pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound, such as SDR or BDR • Demonstrable personal pipeline results • Experience with AI-supported workflows and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot • Advanced Claude knowledge is a plus • Familiarity with tools such as Clay or Sales Navigator is a plus • Experience as the first outbound person in a startup is a plus • Convincing cold outreach copywriting skills • Data-driven working style • Fluent German and English
