📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for development teams and software projects • Define, document, and validate logical and implementable architectures • Propose technical solutions aligned with business needs • Develop high-complexity features • Support testing and quality strategies in collaboration with the QA team • Perform code reviews, ensuring best practices and design patterns • Design solutions with a focus on continuous integration and CI/CD • Serve as a technical reference, providing mentorship and training • Plan, monitor, and track technical project activities • Support technical decisions regarding the evolution of architecture and infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead • Strong hands-on experience with React Native, Expo, and Node.js development • Experience with mobile and backend application architecture • Experience with REST APIs and system integrations • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) • Experience working in DevOps-oriented environments • Proficient with Git and tools for version control and code quality
