📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated professional backend engineering experience • Proven track record of architecting distributed systems in nearshore software environments • Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate ORM frameworks • Experience managing SQL databases, writing complex stored procedures, tuning query performance, and building microservices or 3-tier architectures • Strong working knowledge of Git, automated CI/CD pipelines, and AWS or Azure cloud deployment patterns • Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities and ability to navigate ambiguous codebases independently • Advanced English fluency, both written and spoken, mandatory for real-time collaboration with U.S.-based teams and client leadership
