📋 Description

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on backend solutions and create Proofs of Concept • Partner with frontend developers, ML engineers, and domain experts to design and deliver innovative solutions • Integrate AI/ML models into backend systems and optimize performance for scalable applications • Build scalable and secure systems using AWS services and industry best practices • Guide team members, share knowledge, and foster curiosity and experimentation • Experiment with cutting-edge technologies and deliver impactful solutions through the Innovation Team

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity and passion for emerging backend technologies • Ability to create, prototype, and refine solutions quickly • Ability to communicate technical ideas accessibly • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams • Proficiency in Python and FastAPI for backend development • Strong experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, and S3 • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models into backend systems • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch or Datadog • Knowledge of Docker, containerization, and debugging tools • Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queues such as SQS, SNS, or Kafka • Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK • Understanding of database optimization and performance tuning for SQL and NoSQL databases
