📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput backend services and public-facing REST APIs on a multi-tenant platform • Embed observability using structured logging, time-series metrics, data capture, Grafana, and PagerDuty alerting • Lead code reviews and promote resilient architectural patterns • Optimize database schema design and system reliability • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, fault-tolerant technical designs with Product and Engineering leadership • Identify systemic technical gaps and establish engineering standards • Mentor team members across experience levels • Support production services after release • Participate in incident response and alert-threshold tuning • Collaborate directly with US engineering leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience building scalable, enterprise-grade systems • Deep proficiency in C# and .NET 8+ • Strong relational database expertise using SQL Server, T-SQL, schema design, and query optimization • End-to-end ownership of production environments, including telemetry, automated testing, regression analytics, and post-release support • Hands-on experience with multi-tenant, event-driven architecture and asynchronous messaging patterns such as pub/sub and CQRS • Experience deploying and operating services on cloud platforms; Azure preferred, AWS or GCP accepted • Advanced English communication skills and experience collaborating directly with US stakeholders • Experience with Azure Service Bus, App Insights, and Log Analytics/KQL preferred • Familiarity with Grafana dashboards, PagerDuty incident management, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus • Exposure to high-frequency data processing, real-time marketplaces, fintech, or pricing engines preferred • Experience using AI tooling within engineering workflows for infrastructure and deployment automation preferred • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations is a plus • Must be currently based in Latin America
