📋 Description

• Design and build robust, secure, and scalable enterprise web applications using C#, .NET 8+, and Blazor • Lead legacy modernization initiatives through code analysis, technology upgrades, migration planning, and system refactoring • Translate high-level goals into technical strategies within a Scrum POD • Deliver production-ready code at the end of each Sprint • Optimize backend business logic, Microsoft SQL Server queries, and RESTful APIs • Evaluate and integrate AI productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, and Cursor • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Product Owners • Research emerging tools and document foundational engineering patterns • Elevate team-wide code quality

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of dedicated software engineering experience building enterprise applications within the Microsoft ecosystem • Deep proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 8+, C#, Blazor, and Microsoft SQL Server • Solid command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, component-based UI design, unit testing patterns, and automated CI/CD workflows • Hands-on experience utilizing AI productivity tools, including Copilot and Cursor • Proven technical leadership in client-facing, nearshore Scrum environments • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, mandatory for collaboration with U.S.-based client teams and stakeholders
