• This is a remote position. • Coders Connect is a technology recruitment firm working with forward-thinking companies across the UK, Europe, and the Nordics. • We specialise in building software engineering teams and supporting hiring needs across product, data, design, and commercial roles. • We are now onboarding a Talent Partner based in South Africa to scale delivery capabilities across the regions we serve. • This is a hands-on delivery role with the opportunity to grow into a 360 position. • You'll collaborate closely with Jarred, one of our Senior Talent Partners, contributing meaningfully from day one and bringing your unique flair to the team.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or internal) • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, spreadsheets, etc.) • Self-motivated and capable of managing your workflow independently • Comfortable communicating with candidates across platforms • Interested in growing into a full-cycle recruiter • Experience recruiting within the software engineering vertical (Nice to Haves) • Familiarity with sourcing techniques like Boolean search (Nice to Haves) • Exposure to fast-paced or high-growth environments (Nice to Haves) • Previous experience with client interaction or lead generation (Nice to Haves)
