📋 Description

• Review mystery shopping reports completed by shoppers to ensure they meet customer requirements and client quality standards • Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation throughout reports • Verify comments correspond with yes/no questions and attached audio or video recordings • Confirm shoppers follow customer shop contract specifications • Work with the immediate supervisor and shoppers on questions regarding shops in the edit queue • Submit a bi-weekly productivity sheet showing daily reports edited and time spent • Complete all work in the edit queue daily before the next round of shops is placed in the queue • Participate in one-on-one meetings with the immediate supervisor, as applicable • Maintain professionalism in communications with internal and external customers • Support consistent delivery and customer satisfaction for mystery shopping results

🎯 Requirements

• Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing skills • Proficient in grammar, spelling, and general writing • Detail-oriented and thorough • Good listening skills • Solid computer/data entry skills • Analytical and interpretive ability to analyze confusing, disorganized information using contextual evidence and subject matter knowledge, and communicate solutions effectively • Must know when to seek answers rather than make assumptions and how to ask the right questions • High school diploma or GED required • Self-directed and capable of working on assigned tasks with limited daily supervision • Strong organizational skills and intense attention to detail • Willingness to take initiative and learn/apply new concepts • Professional and effective oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, or Google Docs and Google Sheets, required • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • 3 years of experience
