📋 Description
• Review mystery shopping reports performed by shoppers • Ensure proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation are used throughout mystery shopping reports • Ensure all comments correspond with the yes/no questions throughout the report and any attached audio or video recordings • Work with supervisor and shoppers on any questions regarding a shop • Submit a Bi-Weekly Productivity sheet to the supervisor • Complete all work in Edit queue daily • Participate in 1:1s with the immediate Supervisor • Consistently apply professionalism in all aspects of communication
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required • 2 years of experience in a related field • Strong critical thinking, reading comprehension, and writing skills • Proficient in grammar, spelling, and general writing • Detail-oriented and thorough • Good listening skills • Solid computer/data entry skills • Analytical and interpretive ability • Professional and effective oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Google Sheets) required • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
