📋 Description

• Work with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective) • Manage and prioritize the backlog together with stakeholders • Use agile management tools, especially Jira • Identify, manage, and remove team impediments • Monitor schedules and delivery metrics • Support project organization and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies • Experience facilitating ceremonies and managing the backlog • Experience in technology projects • Basic knowledge of project management and roadmap tracking • Proven professional experience (+2 years) • Experience in financial services or consortium projects
