âą 7 years of experience in the domain and at least 4 in the manager position âą Hands-on experience and a proven track record in a technical field âą Experience and understanding of at least two of: software development, IT infrastructure, Clouds, CI/CD âą Knowledge of computer networks âą Experience in managing teams and individuals âą Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (C1 level minimum) âą Experience working in Agile environments and projects âą Experience in fixed-price and time & materials projects
