• You own top-of-funnel growth and sourced pipeline, using AI to exponentially extend your strategic and execution capacity. • Design the demand engine, not merely running campaigns. • Operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and scale. • Set direction, build AI-powered workflows, and ensure consistent pipeline contribution. • Measure success on ICP-qualified meetings, SQLs, and marketing-sourced pipeline.

• 12–15 years in B2B demand generation / growth • Demonstrated ownership of revenue-linked marketing outcomes • Hands-on expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms • Strong command of outbound motion, account-based marketing, and pipeline analytics. • Ability to translate complex AI/data capabilities into compelling, business-led value propositions. • High ownership mindset: define → build → execute → measure → refine, without hand-holding.
