🎯 Requirements

• Are an operator. You're resourceful, make things work under constraints, and allocate your effort well — you move quickly through low-stakes work and go deeper where the stakes are higher. You treat every system you touch as something to be continuously improved, and you move fast to fix things. • Care about speed. You prioritize quickly and, when appropriate, action items as soon as you get inbound. • Are excited about Coefficient Giving's mission and its cause areas. You are enthusiastic about working in an organization that values a wide variety of viewpoints and navigates difficult tradeoffs between cause areas (especially our work on navigating transformative AI). • Have strong interpersonal skills. You communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across a wide range of audiences, ranging from new hires to senior executives and external visitors. • Work in a responsive, agile way. You stay calm when conditions change and can improvise and pivot quickly when priorities shift. • Are excited about operations and administrative work to support principals. You understand that proactive and forward-thinking operational work is crucial for principals to achieve their goals. You anticipate needs, plan ahead, and make sure that balls don’t get dropped. You’re also comfortable with providing constructive criticism to help principals stay on track. • Are curious and proactive about using AI tools and automation. You look for ways to apply these to improve how you work.

🏖️ Benefits

• Excellent health insurance (we cover 100% of premiums within the U.S. for you and any eligible dependents) and an employer-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement for certain other personal health expenses. • Dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family. • Four weeks of PTO recommended per year. • Four months of fully paid family leave. • A generous and flexible expense policy — we encourage staff to expense the ergonomic equipment, software, and other services that they need to stay healthy and productive. This policy also includes a productivity benefit, which provides a set amount for staff to expense items that enhance their productivity. • A continual learning policy that encourages staff to spend time on professional development with related expenses covered. • Support for remote work — we’ll cover a remote workspace outside your home if you need one, or connect you with a Coefficient Giving coworking hub in your city.
