• You will support and help establish our commercial processes in the areas of procurement, fleet management and contract management • You will coordinate our indirect procurement — from requesting quotes and placing orders to liaising with suppliers and internal teams • Organizational management of our fleet, e.g., handling vehicle orders, scheduling and deadline coordination, and working with leasing partners • You will assist with contract management and ensure a structured overview of relevant documents and processes
• Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification • At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial generalist, assistant or coordination role • Confident user of MS Office programs, especially Excel • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
