📋 Description

• Participate in analyzing claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions • Contribute to compiling and completing indemnification files • Assist with collecting and verifying supporting documentation • Assist with investigations related to payment defaults • Participate in discussions with internal teams (collections, underwriting, and claims management) • Update information in internal systems • Contribute to monitoring files and ensuring processing deadlines are met • Participate in preparing basic reports • Provide support for administrative and accounting activities related to claims files

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting • Eligible for the ANAPEC program • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French • Initiative, autonomy, attention to detail, and team spirit • Strong analytical and organizational skills
