📋 Description

• Participate in the analysis of claims notifications in accordance with policy terms and conditions • Contribute to the assembly and completion of claims settlement files • Assist in collecting and verifying supporting documentation • Support investigations related to payment defaults • Participate in communications with internal teams (collections, underwriting, claims management) • Update information in internal systems/tools • Support case tracking and ensure adherence to processing deadlines • Assist in the preparation of basic reports • Provide support for administrative and accounting operations related to the files

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting • Eligible for the ANAPEC program • Good written and verbal communication skills (French) • Proactive, autonomous, detail-oriented, and team-oriented • Strong analytical and organizational skills
