• Provide support to the Corporate Finance team • Perform financial analysis of M&A investment opportunities (primarily majority transactions) in an international context • Build financial models and value potential targets (DCF, public and transaction comparables, etc.) • Prepare investment memos and other presentations for the Group Executive Committee • Participate in due diligence work • Monitor trends in the Group’s principal business sectors • Identify reorganization needs, model scenarios and coordinate with stakeholders • Conduct the annual impairment tests for assets and goodwill (DCF & NAV)
• Currently completing a Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Financial Engineering • Strong technical knowledge of corporate finance transactions and capital-structure matters • Rigorous analytical skills and excellent ability to synthesize and produce concise written summaries • Strong interpersonal skills and ease of communication • Team player with a collaborative working style • Critical thinker with the ability to challenge ideas constructively • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Proficient with Microsoft Office and major financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.)
