📋 Description

• Provide operational support to units and learning centers, with a primary focus on ENADE processes • Assist units, learning centers, and corporate clients with questions about project workflows • Provide guidance on deadlines, rules, and operational procedures within the department • Maintain clear and assertive communication with the institution’s stakeholders • Assist with planning, drafting, and reviewing communications for corporate teams, units, learning centers, and students • Support the department’s administrative and financial management • Submit requisitions in the system and monitor payment approval workflows • Keep service channels active and organize incoming requests • Provide prompt responses to inquiries • Monitor the collection of information, documents, and materials from units, learning centers, and partner departments • Promote alignment of learning centers and units with MEC guidelines for ENADE, Avaliar, the Census, and other projects

• Affirmative action position for Black candidates • Support ENADE, Avaliar, the Census, and other regulatory projects • Knowledge of and ongoing updates on the rules and procedures governing the department’s projects • Ability to advise units, learning centers, and corporate clients on deadlines, rules, and operational procedures • Ability to assist in preparing, drafting, and reviewing institutional communications • Ability to perform administrative and financial routines, including submitting requisitions and monitoring payment approvals • Ability to gather information, documents, and materials from units, learning centers, and partner departments
