📋 Description

• Lead product metrics initiatives by supporting product tribes in building metric trees, defining the North Star Metric, secondary metrics, and KPIs for each user journey. Apply appropriate metrics frameworks according to each product context. • Develop Power BI dashboards to monitor metrics and promote a data-driven decision culture. • Monitor key product performance indicators and generate data-driven insights, providing proactive recommendations to inform decision-making. • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present results and insights clearly and concisely. • Hands-on experience with BI tools and data platforms. • Query data sources such as data lakes, Google Analytics (GA), and databases to construct metrics and visualizations using SQL. • Understand and integrate data from different tables to obtain comprehensive insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with product and business metrics • Knowledge of Product Analytics • Familiarity with metrics frameworks such as NSM (North Star Metric), HEART, metric trees, and cohort analyses • Proficiency with data visualization tools, data platforms, and analytics tools such as Power BI, Redash, Athena, and Google Analytics (GA).
