📋 Description

• Lead the full product lifecycle, from Discovery to Delivery, ensuring alignment between business strategy, user needs and technical capacity. • Define, prioritize and manage the backlog, balancing user feedback, market opportunities and strategic objectives. • Conduct data analysis, product metrics and digital market insights to support decision-making. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success) to deliver high-impact solutions. • Work closely with infoproduct creators (sellers), understanding their journeys and needs, and translating them into scalable and innovative experiences. • Monitor trends in edtech, digital marketing and infoproducts, proposing improvements and competitive differentials for the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in EdTech or infoproducts, especially with infoproduct platforms. • Market and business acumen: ability to identify opportunities, analyze competitors and generate strategic value for the product. • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban): participation in ceremonies, writing user stories and close collaboration with development teams. • Experience in Digital Marketing: understanding of conversion funnels, engagement metrics and growth strategies applied to the education market. • Analytical capability to make data-driven decisions and act on product metrics (churn, LTV, MRR, engagement, etc.). • Knowledge of the infoproduct market analysis. • Previous experience as Product Designer, Product Manager or related roles. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. • Proactivity and autonomy to lead complex projects.
