• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively. • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance client experience. • Act as a problem solver for client inquiries and operational issues. • Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions that align with client needs. • Organize and lead weekly and monthly governance meetings with clients.
• 3+ years of account management experience in the PEO, HR outsourcing, payroll, or employee benefits industry. • Strong understanding of PEO services, HR processes, payroll, and compliance requirements. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships. • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. • Experience with CRM tools and account management software preferred. • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
