📋 Description

• As **a Senior QA Engineer**, you’ll take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle from crafting test strategies to building automation frameworks, ensuring every release is reliable, secure, and high-quality. This role is ideal for someone deeply passionate about quality, automation, and elevating the software experience through precision and excellence. • **What You’ll Do** • **1. End-to-End QA Ownership** • - Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex applications and cybersecurity platforms. • - Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks to accelerate release cycles. • - Lead testing efforts from planning to post-deployment validation. • **2. Automation & Integration** • - Build and execute automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines. • - Perform thorough manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and security. • - Ensure QA processes are seamlessly integrated with engineering and DevOps teams. • **3. Leadership & Best Practices** • - Mentor junior QA engineers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality. • - Analyze and report quality metrics to drive product and process improvements. • - Advocate for QA excellence across the engineering organization. • **4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement** • - Stay on top of industry tools, trends, and techniques to keep our QA practices cutting-edge. • - Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to our quality stack.

🎯 Requirements

• - 5+ years of hands-on QA engineering experience, ideally in high-growth tech environments. • - Deep knowledge of testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar. • - Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation tasks. • - Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman or similar tools. • - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • - Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and test automation integration. • - A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for building reliable, high-quality software.** • **Mindset & Communication** • - A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional collaborations. • - A critical thinker who brings both creativity and precision to problem-solving. • - A clear communicator who can explain testing outcomes and advocate for quality in every release.
