📋 Description

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting the delivery of clinical trials and Rater Services programs. • Serve as a point of contact for sites, clinicians, raters, CRAs, sponsors, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support and communication. • Maintain accurate study documentation, trackers, reports, and records while managing high-volume communications and scheduling activities. • Support study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities across Rater Training, Central Monitoring, Central Rating, Scale Management, and other operational functions as needed. • Monitor study progress and follow up on outstanding actions to help ensure project timelines and deliverables are met. • Assist with operational reporting, quality activities, and tracking deliverables against project requirements. • Collaborate with Study Managers and functional teams to provide flexible support across multiple operational areas and changing business priorities. • Manage assigned responsibilities in accordance with company SOPs, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and support additional operational activities as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. • Clinical research, healthcare, operations, customer service, project coordination, or related industry experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean. • Ability to multi-task while remaining highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. • Strong people skills within the team and with customers and third-party providers. • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, plan effectively, and be proactive. • Strong level of computer literacy; experience working with clinical software and systems is preferred. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple functional areas as business needs evolve.
