📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers focused on building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments. • Take ownership of customer success from technical implementation through delivery. • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape how we deliver AI to enterprises. • Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer end. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, focusing on bringing agentic solutions to every step of the development process. • Define and implement processes that scale agent development and deployment across multiple client environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated leadership • Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with focus on agentic applications • High agency - you don't wait for permission to solve problems • A doer mentality - you dig in, get stuff done, and can execute in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and business audiences. • Nice to Have's • Fluency in Arabic • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure • Background in enterprise security and compliance.
