• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment, with demonstrated success closing senior and hard-to-attract candidates • Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets • Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through interviewing and closing • Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into strategic recommendations for stakeholders • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
