📋 Description
• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services engagements • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, SLAs, renewals, termination rights, and key business terms • Drive category-level insights by analyzing spend patterns, supplier concentration, demand signals, and market dynamics • Build business cases and decision support materials • Design and adopt AI-enabled and automation-driven workflows
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related function • Proven ability to independently manage complex sourcing projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations • Experience performing quantitative analysis on vendor proposals, pricing models, benchmarks, and spend data • Familiarity with S2P systems (e.g., Zip, Ironclad) • Track record of operating effectively in an async-first environment • Utilizes generative AI responsibly
