📋 Description

• Solve unique, large scale, highly complex technical problems bridging web-scale applications and blockchain technology • Build next generation of systems to make cryptocurrency accessible globally operating real-time applications with high frequency, low latency updates • Help build infrastructure running securely in the cloud • Partner with Head of Growth Engineering, EMs, and Product Managers to improve incentives infrastructure, primitives and scale up spend/profitability with high reliability • Build foundational systems and primitives to drive growth across Coinbase

🎯 Requirements

• Passionate about mission and blockchain technology • Ability to run towards solving company's hardest problems • Ability to drive multi-quarter roadmaps with complex dependencies • Strong track record of horizontal technical leadership across larger team or multiple small teams • Ability to drive quality and performance across complex systems at scale and understand metrics and SLOs • Strong cross-functional partnership skills (nice to have) • Experience in consumer or growth-focused engineering (nice to have) • Experience working with ML directly or via APIs (nice to have)
