📋 Description

• Operate, onboard, and optimize proof-of-stake network infrastructure and staking-related nodes at Coinbase • Maintain and improve observability and monitoring to ensure top-tier uptime and performance • Innovate operational practices to maximize yield for customers • Act as a "Protocol CTO" for owned protocols: engage with community members and partners and drive protocol success at Coinbase • Empower internal Coinbase teams and external customers with best-in-class staking experiences • Operate high-performance blockchain nodes at scale and solve technically challenging reliability problems

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for Coinbase's mission and belief in crypto and blockchain technology • Experience operating proof-of-stake validator infrastructure at scale • Experience with observability and monitoring for high-uptime systems • Experience operating staking nodes on Kubernetes • Knowledge of blockchain protocols (examples: Ethereum, Solana) • Ability to innovate to optimize operations and yield • Ability to engage deeply with protocol communities and partners (act as a "Protocol CTO") • Comfortable working in a high-intensity culture and seeking feedback • Must be able to participate in in-person team/company offsites throughout the year
