📋 Description

• Architect and develop platforms for the security platform engineering organization • Provide technical structure to teams and collaborate with management and stakeholders on strategic roadmaps • Build new services using Golang / Java • Design scalable systems using modern cloud technology and industry best practices • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables • Mentor and train team members on design techniques and coding standards • Define a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling backend systems and teams • Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership on quarterly roadmaps • Write high-quality, well-tested code and debug difficult technical problems • Improve system deployment, ownership, operation, and diagnosis • Review feature designs and own security, safety, scale, operational integrity, and architectural clarity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in software engineering • Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services • Knowledge of composing a service oriented architecture • Ability to write high quality, well tested code • Strong technical skills for system design and coding • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bias toward open, transparent cultural practices • Responsible use of generative AI, maintaining human oversight • Passion for building an open financial system
